Come back with more than CE hours
Back to yourself, to animals, and to the world.
Vet Passport is premium, small-group continuing education travel for veterinary professionals: veterinarians, technicians, assistants, practice managers and the whole team. Every trip pairs RACE-approved morning sessions with one board-certified specialist and afternoons built around animals, nature and culture.
We started Vet Passport because CE should refill your cup, not drain your PTO. Conferences are big and loud. A Vet Passport cohort is 18 people, one specialist, real cases, and a long dinner at the end of the day.
What we believe
- Learning sticks when you're rested, curious and in good company.
- Animal experiences should be about welfare and conservation, never a show.
- Booking should take a minute, and your receipt should make reimbursement easy.
Who's behind Vet Passport
Vet Passport was founded by Bethany Weinheimer, DVM, a career emergency veterinarian and the founder of The Evolved Vets, a coaching company that helps veterinarians grow as clinicians and leaders and runs wellness retreats for veterinary professionals. She built Vet Passport for the colleagues she meets on every shift who need CE that gives back as much as it asks.

How we build trips
We build the trips people ask for. Every waitlist signup and quiz answer tells us where to go next, and trips open for booking once enough people want them.
