Booking terms

Draft for review by counsel before launch.

The waitlist

Joining the Vet Passport waitlist is free and doesn't commit you to anything. It does not reserve a seat. Your place in line decides the order in which waitlist members hear when booking opens.

When booking opens

Reserving a seat will take a $500 deposit, which is non-refundable. If Vet Passport cancels a trip, for example because it doesn't reach its minimum group size or a travel advisory changes, every deposit is refunded in full. Full booking terms, payment schedule and cancellation policy will be shown before you pay.

Prices and details

Prices, dates, speakers and itineraries shown during the waitlist phase may change before booking opens.
