What we collect

Your email address, and if you choose to tell us: your role, travel interests, ticket interest and quiz answers.
Where you came from (for example a campaign link or a friend's referral link).
Basic visit data: pages viewed and actions such as starting the quiz, stored in our own database.

We do not collect license numbers, home addresses or payment details during the waitlist phase.

How we use it

To send trip emails: a short welcome series, alerts for trips you joined, and news you opt into.
To suggest trips that fit you, and to decide which trips and destinations to run.
If you allow it, to show you relevant Vet Passport ads on Meta and Google. We share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email with those platforms for this purpose only.
Quiz answers (never your name or email) may be sent to an AI provider to write your two-sentence passport summary.

Cookies

Essential cookies run the site and remember your choices. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind any time from the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Who processes your data

Our database host, our email provider (Resend), and, only with your consent, Meta and Google for ads.

Your choices and rights

Every email has links to change your preferences, unsubscribe, or export or delete your data.
Do not sell or share my information: opt out of ad audiences at any time.
Deleting your data removes you from our lists and from future ad audiences.
