Questions about this trip

Can my employer reimburse this?

Yes. Your receipt lists CE separately, with the RACE number and hours, and we include a letter template for your practice manager.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Ask for a roommate match or book a private room when booking opens.

Is malaria a concern?

[Answer from the lodge and current travel-health guidance.]

Good to know

Does CE earned in South Africa count toward my US license?

Vet Passport sessions are RACE-approved, which most US state boards accept wherever the CE is earned. Check your board's limits before you book.

Are flights included?

No. Flights are never included. We share the best arrival airport (HDS) and timing so you can book.

Can a partner or non-vet friend come?

Yes. Every trip has an Explorer ticket for partners, retired vets, students and animal lovers. It's the full trip without CE.
