FAQ
Is the CE RACE-approved?
Yes. Every session is submitted for RACE approval, and the program number is listed on each trip page once approved.
Can my practice reimburse it?
Most practices can. Your receipt lists the CE value separately, with RACE number and hours, and we include a letter template for your practice manager.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely, many travelers do. Ask for a roommate match or book a private room when booking opens.
Can my partner come?
Yes. Partners book the Explorer ticket: the full trip, without CE.
I'm a retired vet or an animal lover. Can I join?
Yes, with an Explorer ticket. Explorer seats are capped so every cohort stays majority-vet, which is a big part of what makes the trips special.
Are flights included?
No. Each trip page lists the arrival airport and times so you can book flights that work for you.
What if a trip doesn't fill?
Each trip has a minimum group size. If Vet Passport cancels a trip, every deposit is refunded in full.
How fit do I need to be?
Every trip shows an activity level from easy (●○○) to very active (●●●), so you can pick what suits you.
